We were there to cover the joint meetup of Google Android Developers Group and Google Technology User Group - Philippines last night. Big shoutout to coordinator JP Loh of Proximity Philippines/BBDO Guerrero for the awesome venue, pizzas and soda.

We didn't get that much networking for the night, but we were in for a series of impressive presos:

JP Loh on Websockets;
Miguel Paraz on Web Runtime Development on Android;
Pogs Ortile of DLSU Philippines on Google Apps for Business.



Reggie Ramos got the crowd excited when he brought samples of Cherry Mobile's new line of smartphones.

It was mostly a sea of fresh faces that evening. However, we spotted some regulars in the tech circuit who joined us:
